Who are the Clinical Research Group

The Clinical Research Group (CRG), is dedicated to advancing clinical research in Maternal, Fetal, and Perinatal medicine, CRG serves as a platform for patient and public involvement. Comprising a diverse team of doctors, scientists, researchers, midwives, nurses, and support staff, we collaborate closely with women and families to spearhead research in reproduction, obstetrics, and gynaecology.

Our high-quality studies ranges from pre-pregnancy to the postpartum period, and general women's health studies.

The Clinical Research Group (NDWRH CRG), formerly OSPREA-Gynae, is a collaborative initiative between the Nuffield Department of Women's & Reproductive Health (an integral part of the University of Oxford) and the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (OUHFT). It is also supported by the Thames Valley & South Midlands Clinical Research Network, affiliated with the National Institute for Health Research.
